- The Rugglestone Inn is a unique, un spoilt Dartmoor inn delightfully located in the picturesque village of Widecombe in the Moor. Originally a cottage the grade II listed building was converted to an inn back in 1832 and named after a local logan stone. Booked in for 2 nights as its fairly local to us to test the van as not been used because of lockdown, lovely find, spacious, great field for the dogs, good recycling facilities didnt use the long drop toilet but the other half was impressed but!

Beautiful site in Devon
Arrived and set up the pitch in minutes,Sarah had our logs ready for us and we were up and running . This must be one of the loveliest wild campsites in Devon. Thanks Sarah we shall be back.

Great location, great place.
I extended my stay by 2 days as there is so much to see and do locally if you like the outdoor life. During the week the site was very peaceful and the atmosphere relaxed. I'm sure my dog and I will be back.
